I happened to see the Frontline on Xenotransplantation too, but I wont run over to the btrn thread to respond. I will say that it does not seem fair that a person might overindulge on pork chops and bacon, then expect a pig heart when he has worn out his original! Sure, the young fella, heart apparently ravaged by a pathogen, should probably get a heart. The part about the young woman recovering from the stroke was interesting...recombination threat and all that... Guess I'll have to hit google and do some reading. nature.com This is interesting! nature.com
