Where? Seriously, where is the image/video going to be? It would be pointless to have it on the screen because the screen will be next to your ear. If you hold the phone in front of you and talk "at" the phone you'll be sharing your conversation with half the county.

And I don't even want to think about what would happen on the highways and byways...<shudder>
