It is the news of the impending dilution that should impact the stock, well before the actual dilution itself. From what I understand, CMTR did really need the money because business is taking longer to kick in than expected (particularly the H. Pylori test kickoff). However, the Coloncare and Cholestrol products are starting to sell better (from what I hear) and should be decent revenue producers in the future. The rapid AIDS test could be huge, but once again, its another long term prospect. Dilution sucks, but it appears to be necessary at this point to pull off the long term business plan. This stock has required inordinate patience and evidently it continues to.
