Results of Operations

The Company finalized Phase I of the SWOMI infrastructure in November 2000, with
1,000 rooms on line. The Company had anticipated SWOMI revenues in December,
however, due to colder weather and lower tourist turnout, the anticipated
revenues did not occur. Through December 31, 2000, the Company received no
revenues from the SWOMI system.
