Let's be nice to London Bridge. That little ditty has a great melody, but the metaphors seems to ring too true for children. They don't have a clue about iron bars, needles and pins, bricks and stone, gold and silver and all the other great materials man gathers to build things. All we remember as children is the "falling down" part.
God's world is not like London Bridge. In the ideal He made us in His own image as incredible examples of use and purpose when it comes to resources, strength and the unlimited potential we possess concerning the energy, power, Light and Love that is His which supports the entire Universe.
Stop fallimg for and with London's bridge. Get in the boat and go/flow under the blessed thing!
And, for God's sake, we must all stop worrying about someone killing, hurting, abusing us, this or that. If all lawyers got their way their wouldn't be an ounce of trust in the world. But the problem with that logic is that nothing would ever get done for without trust there can be no risk.
Forgiveness will do away with lawyers before lack of risk ever does. For the decision not to act and take a risk implies a breakdown of faith and trust which leads to darkness and destruction. And then, individually and collectively we edge closer to the controlled & regulated state terror and fear.
So let them kill those who risk loving for loving sake. There's no greater way to die than for a person or cause that we are willing to risk everything for. For God's Love to exist and be expressed through us we must Love others more than we love ourselves. That, by definition, is the key factor differentiating God's love from the love of man.
With God's love there is nothing to fall or break down. For we are already in the current of His River and it's impossible to fall, fail and breakdown. for everything is the flow of His light, energy and Love. And all we can do is "Let Go" and flow with it or remain opposed to it as a dam would block the flow of water. In fact, once in this river you become too busy and excited about all the many great things that are out there which He directs us to be part of. For we are servants to the expression of His will which is fused with our will.
