re: Time to add some MSFT? I know, should wait until techs get clocked for the umpteenth time because of earnings, eco-malaise spreading to Europe, power problems, drought, plague and finally, frogs falling from the sky.
The NASDAQ comp is at 1800+. What's the worst that's gonna happen at this point, 1000?, 800?, 0?. You have to figure, that even if we go down 30, 40 or 50%, the rebound from those prices should be fairly quick, at the least before you retire <g>.
Maybe tech will never rebound. If so, the US economy is pretty much shot anyway. Might as well be optimistic, IMHO. And MSFT looks as good as anything right now.

PS Take up golf again. You will only be sorry 2/3 of the time, but that one great round makes it all worth it. |
