Hi Chicken Boy! I haven't been to the porch lately but as usual you continue to make sense while everyone else has lost theirs. Keep on Truckin' I had a great day installing 2x6 heavy gauge metal studs in my soon to be renovated rental property. I successfully stiffened a 150+ yr old sagging floor. Can anyone tell me why these metal studs aren't more popular? They are lighter, straighter, and stronger than any wooden product. I'm never going back. Sparks anyone? Timster
