Building a syndication network can help justify higher ad rates, especially if you can quantify/segement the viewers within the network to sponsors-- cherry-picking, so to speak.

However, regardless of syndication/size, the simple fact is iNEXTV must find a way to deliver a revenue-per-stream figure that is higher than its associated cost-per-stream number.

Increasing content quality may be a better approach, since good content should be able to demand higher ad rates/revenue per stream, when compared to less interesting content. This may prove more important than the syndication network, although having both in place is ideal.
