Weren't some of Bramson's shares purchased under a loan
of some sort? (Optimism alert) Is there a chance he
might have been 'forced' into these sales under terms of that
agreement? I should also repeat the common wisdom that
insider purchases are much more telling than insider sales,
since the latter are more often related to external factors,
such as taxes.

This all said, I'm concerned as well.
