Two recent high-profile cases involving Internet hypesters were Tokyo Joe and Jonathan Lebed. In each case, charges were brought by the SEC, and the SEC ultimately agreed to settlements with no admission of wrong-doing.

If this attorney has a theory whereby we can all recover our losses from someone who said a stock was going to go up, a lot of us would love to get our share of that 4 trillion dollars that was lost. Where do we apply to get in on this?
