I'm trying to track down information on an item I saw some
time ago about a thirteen year old (?) kid who is supposed
to have made a large amount of money in the stock market.
A later report said that he was fined. I believe that
contrary to the initial reports there were some adults
behind a scheme to pump and dump some thinly traded stocks.
Can someone give me a link to any information about the
case?

One of the local criminal schemes is to use underage
kids to do B&E's. If they're caught, they are charged
under the juvenile act and escape any real punishment.
I'm curious about the above case and the ruling--is it
another version of the two adults in a van with six
kids hitting a neighbourhood?
