Biocoll is a screaming buy. It has FDA approval, its own manufacturing facilities, a major partner for marketing, sophisticated institutional investors/backers and innovative products in the pipeline. It suffers from a poor small cap market, a Vancouver listing, a bunch of impatient retail investors and a bit of premature promotion. It is getting more attention from brokers and will get a TSE listing hopefully later this year. Its earnings may also surprise some ... so it has nowhere to go but up.
