So you are saying it works like this: CSCO injects money into a start-up. This start-up goes to the VCs using CSCO's name as a selling point, gets cash back. The start-up uses the cash to buy CSCO goods. Well, out of the $25 billion annual sales, what does the percentage of sales belong to this kind of scheme?
