Your comments are well supported in the attached article. I see very little wiggle room in the case presented by Ravi Suria in a TSC interview. The case reminds me of the bankrupt era of Savings and Loans and Real Estate in the Southwest in the mid 80's (nine year recovery). To the extent he continues to be correct I find it hard to believe that we have bottomed. An excellent read.
