Yes, shitty management. The current management should be kicked out
from the company. What did they do for shareholder? sold SMSC stock
at discount price $9.5 (from book value of $12.5) to INTC. INTC
not only got SMSC IO technologies avoid law suit from SMSC
but also got the company stock at discount price.
