The following is from the Yahoo PLMD message board: Just spoke with Linda Soltis by: b00952000 04/01/01 01:13 pm EDT Msg: 8644 of 8677 This is my first post and I wanted to get the word out right away. I looked Linda Soltis’ name up on yahoo's people search and called her at home. She seems like a very nice person and feels terrible about how she was taken advantage of and totally out of contexts by the street.com (forget the reporters name). She has spoken with the company’s attorney and a retraction/correction on her conversation will be coming if not already released. Basically she said she knew nothing more than anyone else on this matter and that her name was used to give the article credibility. She also told me that if you are going to defraud the government, durable medical equipment is the last thing you would want to use, because it is easily accounted for. I told her I would post her apology to the message board and let everyone know how bad she feels about this whole mess. Good luck all. The truth detector
