PCCW (0008) cash received for cap mgt investment 2001-04-02 14:27 (Infocast News) The proceeds received by Cable & Wireless (C&W)from the disposal of the 14.7% stake of PCCW by way of the sale of exchangeable bonds will be used as investment fund in accordance with C&W's capital management policies. C&W gets US$1.5 billion after the sale of the stake in PCCW. Cazenove is the financial adviser of the current sale of convertible notes.
