Nope. What I said quite clearly is that environmental risks, after all this "Global Warming" is just a theory, must be balanced against economic realities. In other words, the potential risk to our environment does not outweigh the real drag that Kyoto would place on our economy. Clear enough? No need to spam me with further claptrap.
