I don't see Boozer accomplishing anything inside on Woods. Boozer gets destroyed by tall players, such as Brendan Haywood and Alvin Jones. I agree with you that Arizona will defend the 3-point shot well. They led the Pac-10 in defending the 3, and everybody knows that is the first thing to do against Duke. Jason Williams will have his way with Jefferson, because Jefferson has never played against anyone like him. A key matchup will be Chris Duhon defending Gardner.
