You guys can discuss this forever but:

1) Doesnt make SOLV a better co.
2) Pretty much all firms have judgements/lawsuits aginast them e.g. Solvex
3) Asensio was an employee of another firm at the time-isnt that correct?

All this is having an immense effect on the stock price. Just wittness today's strength.
