instead of this bleeding of 5% naz declines/day, what we need is REAL CAPITULATION, something like a 40% drop, along with the dow, setting off triggers that halt all trading. Only then will the cash leave the sidelines. We need REAL fear. We need Geroldo Rivera having a 'WALL STREET CRASH" special. We need CNBC on "NAZ 1000 WATCH"
