Look at level 2. There are 50,000 share blocks sitting on the bid instantly whenever MSFT touches 55.

MSFT stands to lose tens of billions of dollars from their ill-fated poot selling spree of the last 2 years if the stock goes below 55. Bill Gates will spend every penny of the 20 billion cash MSFT has to keep the stock above 55. Because otherwise, MSFT would literally go broke paying out the put buyers.
