Looks like properties will be coming in fast and furious. I think this is another good deal. I like the the structuring; little money up front, pay based on proven quality of property. The problem, and the ONLY problem is the one that has been their downfall up until now; raising cash, unless they're pursuing or being pursued to JV Riverstone and this one. That would be a great move at this point. The stock price is way to low to do any major financing without seriously affecting the share structure. I would expect another PP real soon; probably < $500,000.

From my limited knowledge, I understand, the Congo is pretty safe.
