Looks like a wave 1 structure has unfolded off the highs and we are now in a wave 2. I don't know however if it is all of wave 1 of 3 or just a substructure, ie., 1 of 1 of 3. I'm sure we'll find out. Regardless, this may be the start of the big wave 3 we are looking for. If so, wave 1 lopped off about 1750 points from the DOW. Wave 3 should be at least as long (10,000 - 1750 = 8250 target) or could be as long as 1.618 times as long as wave 1 or about 2830 points (10,000 - 2830 = 7270 target). Looking for the smaller target first.
