Concerning Zacks and First Call, consider this: A few months ago, the "consensus" for another stock, Swisher International (SWSH) was $1.10 this year, $1.40 next year. But you know what? The "street" had confused Swisher International, a hygiene services company, with recently-public Swisher International Group, a cigar company. The "professionals" confused the two companies, resulting in "official" estimates which were way off the mark.
