Why don't you buy the book before saying ", he fails to note that murder rates have declined overall in nearly every state. He does not break out a difference between the rate of decline in "shall issue" and other states".

How do you know he doesn't address this?

You were really just expressing your opinion weren't you? You did not "disprove" anything of the sort.
