Interesting news on gas storage. The EIA gas numbers are always about 200bcf higher than the AGA, not sure why. The EIA says the record low in 1996 was 758 and they are already 44bcf below at 714 with a week remaining. The AGA says the record low in 1996 was 546. At 676 with just one week remaining, there would appear to be no chance to reach the 1996 number UNLESS that 74bcf still has to be rolled into the AGA numbers (like Wed maybe?). It sure doesn't look like the AGA's have been adjusted in recent weeks and the EIA did say that they were notified just last week of the re-classification. Why would the EIA already be at a record low but not the AGA?
