The other issue, attempting to influence the courts, was an outcome of the recent meeting with Shroeder. It's stated stated intention of the Administration. I wish I could find a link, but can't recall where I read the story. Most of my news comes off the AP Newswire, but I wasn't able to find the story.

But the story should come around again. If you're interested be alert for it.
