That SOX chart is just a price chart. I fail to see how it is being compared against anything. I was referring to the Rel. Strength indicator on that price chart. It looked fairly week in comparison... I know it doesn't measure what your chart was measuring. I just figured that it would have been a little higher on my indicator. I see it has nothing to do with each other.
