We had a case last year where a drunk cut his wife's head off with a pen knife. Little knife like you would use for fingernail cleaning or opening mail. Took him 5 minutes while the neighbors watched. I don't know where you live but I live in the country. It usually takes 15 minutes or more to get a deputy. I keep a loaded gun in every room.
