When pen knives are used in 13,429 deaths a year, I guess I'll jump on the 'pen knife control' platform.

I count myself fortunate to live in San Jose, which has one of the lower urban crime rates. I have lived in bad apartments; one, I got broken into 4 times in 6 months. I understand the concern and fear, just don't agree with the solution of arming everyone.
