Vishay is without a doubt a company on the move. The acquisition of General Semiconductor should be well rec ieved by the investment community. If the price of CSCO keeps falling...........all kinds of things are possible. I think that 100 shares of CSCO for one share of VSH would be about right, when you consider the earnings potential of each class of shares.<g> Jerome
