I'm certainly glad that I announced up front that this was a weak area for me. It appears there are a few residents of CA on the thread. If I were to summarize what I've read this morning it would be: hang the governors, past and present, tar and feather the legislature, and burn the power distributors at the stake. It's quite encouraging and heart warming to see conservatives and liberals come together on a single issue. Brings a tear to the eye. Regards, jttmab
