Dear Kevin: Wow, I had heard that rumor about Oregonians and Californians but figured it wasnt true. We nearly moved to Oregon but when we learned of the 91/2% income tax rate decided we couldnt afford to live there and TITHE to the state government. (Fla has no income tax) However, while we were there we asked how they felt about Floridians and were told we were fine so long as we bring our money. haha. JDN
