Ah Patrica - our state will not be next - we got lots of ugly coal. Since we burn it here and mine it here I am sure you believe that our power belongs here as well. Trade offs you know! Oh yeah - I think the nations gift to California would be a free enrollment for Davis in econ 101 at some good solid conservative school. Perhaps Walter Williams college would be able to help.
