Trader Mike Driscoll just now on CNBC said is he STILL seeing complacency which he says does not bode well for market--a buyers strike but NOT a sellers panic--if we see a panic Mike you are going to see NASD downtick 200 points in less than hour,imo--i personally think a true capitulation will not be here until they interrupt regular programming to cover the market collapse.max
