I wouldn't be long at this stage. Stocks are breaking into 52 wk lows across the board. The VIX is set for an even bigger push up. While the DOW, based off some simple measuring techniques, has a good shot at 7900 THIS MONTH! I don't know if it's going to happen but this month could very easily see many of the generals (CSCO, SUNW...)in single digits.
