Just had a genius idea as an ad for all Californians: "Got Juice?" Red Davis still hasn't approved or fast-tracked any new power plants. So, he's spent 10 billion or so of the states money for stop-gaps and we're no better off for it and much deeper in the hole with no solution in sight. I guess when the DMV or the Post Office (oops, strike that) starts running the system everything will be OK.
