Not quite. I carried a concealed weapon for many years because my work required me to carry large amounts of cash and negotiable instruments. On two ocassions I was glad to have been toting my weapon along with me,although I never had to fire it at anyone. There are reasons in this world such as mine and also others such as home protection for those of us who live in rural areas and many other reasons as well, why it makes sense still to allow individuals to own, possess and carry firearms. Those who espouse the whacko pro-gun rights point of view you mentioned are just as wrong as those who seek to totally disarm the civilian populace. JLA
