PAUL, DOW - oversold region SPX - CLASS 2 BUY OEX - CLASS 2 BUY NAZ - borderline CLASS 1 BUY(only borderline) NDX - borderline CLASS 1 BUY(only borderline) So there is about another day of selling before I get a firm CLASS 1 BUY signal accross the board, although it could start reversing as early as today. Im waiting for firm CLASS 1 BUY signals for my trading account and if we close near/at the lows, I will add some UOPIX in my mutual fund account today. If today closes at the lows, we could possibly get a some sort of a capitulation day tomorrow.
