I know people who are shorting VRTS, JNPR, BRCD, because they just keep going down and the PE's
still look high to them, This one guy was short WCII at 20 ( now at .37) and 7 weeks ago was short ENE, KO,
PALM etc.

the Grizzer Bear has been around, no question.
