XOXO Bought 10K at $3. Looking for a bounce...may be? Both MCLD and NXTL have filed their 10K. XOXO is coming but when. It's an unknown. Also BK of other CLEC's are driving this sector down. There will be CLEC survivors and not sure who. More DD work to be done.
