No offence meant to Bob Dylan but I prefer the Joan Baez version. Don't have a link to the audio clip though...she's not too popular with the masses... I wonder what retention tools the companies will implement, now that on the average, the last 3 grants <at least> for most companies would be underwater...and bonus' and perks are sacrificed as a result of crash crunch.... That itself would have a significant impact on technology leadership of the companies which survive....
