Startups sucked away a lot of good brains from the established companies.... Now there are no golden chains to bind employees to the company....anyone can jump jobs anytime......for a lot of people who didn't exercise and sell, the options are worthless.... Tech companies need to retain good employees, the architects of their products for a lasting advantage....remember how ORCL sucked IFMX top designers off ? And what that did to IFMX ? I'm just wondering how the technology leadership of high growth companies like CIEN will be affected...better mousetraps do have to be made...
