I suppose you set him straight and cleared up that misunderstanding.

Can't understand why you did not receive your proxy. I suspect you had better call them as you were obviously overlooked. The meeting is the 27th at 5pm at the Best Western in Milford. I would like to be there but I won't know if my job will interfere until probably the day before. If it won't, I'll probably fly up there, attend the meeting and leave the next day. Would like to meet you, but I think the chances of my being there are about 30/70.
