Many stocks are. At the risk of boring those who've read my post re:this before; I vividly remember scanning the WSJ market pages in the late 70's - early 80's (Is my timeframe right on that? The memories tend to blend.) and noting that there were very few stocks with double-digit PE's.

Granted, as an individual stock, Qcom could fall relatively far from here. I'm not a big believer in "rolling capitulations". The bottom will be marked by outlandishly low prices. Remember the proclamation of The Death Equities! a coupla' decades ago?

More importantly, where will these companies be in five years?
