(NQS: JABI) has worldwide mining operations in the Central African Republic (CAR), Honduras, and Northern California. JAB’s Chairman & CEO Jefferson Adams Bootes announced today that the company has filled their 2000 year end 10-KSB and plans to have all filings current by weeks end. JAB’s CFO and Audit Committee Chairman Stephen Durland stated the delays were caused by the lack of complete and accurate financial records available from the merger with Brush Creek Mining & Development Co in April of 1999. JAB has recently announced a $12,000,000 debt funding a 3 for 1 forward stock split that became effective January 25th and an agreement with Universal Resources Group to harvest timber on JAB’s property in Honduras.
