Two things. First do you have a cite to the street com. article? Second, why won't the telecom buildout be repeated anytime soon? It seems to me that the world is a huge market for communications buildout. Most of the world is desperately hungry for electronic information and poorly structured to recieve it. Wireless communications is on the verge of ironing out the kinks and supplying a cheaper, faster and more effecient means to link up to the internet and receive voice as well as data. In many areas of this country there is slow hookup and wireless can achieve tremendous gains in speed. Why won't this occur? Ed chastised me back in Sept/Oct for shorting tech at NAZ 3200-3500, the BTK about 50% ago etc. The only guy worse than ED - was Mike Happles (the chihuahua with clown paint) who told me I was nuts for shorting CIEN at $90 and PPRO about a "Triple" ago from here (and yes, I did cover too soon VBG)... of course "Happless" was calling for 4-5 years untill the Oilpatch stocks showed any gains back at OSX 48 in the fall of '98 as well... Now; "ED" is musing as to "why" can't there be another telcom boom.... Ed; go ask the bondholders....and sit back & count the bankruptcy filings & how many of these stocks go to ZERO. Unfreekinbeeeeeeeeeleeeeeeeeeeeeevable ~ Hey; I've changed my mind; there aint gonna be no stinkin NAZ bottom till the last Ed is taken out & shot - untill every last freeking penny is shaken outta this moron's pockets... PS S: ... news flash out of the Motor City: A man set himself ablaze in a downtown Detroit phone booth this afternoon apparently taking his own life. A laptop computer along with an old outdated phone modem & a Raymond James Nat Gas report was found nearby; along with a pair of pink cheerleading pom poms.... Fire Rescue Crews apparently arrived too late; the crowd of other homeless onlookers were all chanting - "he's melting... he's melting, it smells like plastik~"...
