Your guess is really as good as mine; there was a report released today or yesterday about how ICIX would pretty much go bankrupt if the deal didn't go through. ICIX is controlled by arbs, who have had a couple deals go south in the past week. Also, there is a fear, I think, that if there is an appeal to the decision Friday, this could be dragged out until ICIX goes under. Monstrous volume past few days. Rob
