Keynote Systems (KEYN) 10 3/4 -7/16: Company warns for Q2; sees EPS of $0.06-0.07; current EPS estimate is $0.09. Revenue is
expected to be $12.0 to $12.2 mln, vs consensus estimate of $12.5 mln. The company also announced a reduction in force of
approximately 13% of the company's 280 employees; see press release.

Kana Comms (KANA) 1 1/32 -5/16: Company warns for Q1; sees loss of $0.43; current EPS estimate is ($0.19). Revenues to be
approximately $24-25 vs consensus of $42 mln. Company cites ongoing slowdown in capital spending and economic uncertainty; see
press release.

Hamilton Bancorp (HABK) 7 -5/8: Company warns for Q1; sees EPS of $0.20-0.40; current EPS estimate is $0.41. The company
also said that it is working to complete a review of previously filed reports and financial statements as a result of comments received from
the SEC. This review could result in revisions to previously filed financial statements; see press release.

RADCOM (RDCM) 1 3/4 -1/16: Company warns for Q1; sees loss of $0.23-0.25 per share; current EPS estimate is ($0.09); expects
revenues of about $5 mln. The company cited the shortfall was a result of longer sales cycles and a decrease in capital expenditures for its
core products and services, specifically in the North America; see press release.

Rational Sftwr (RATL) 13 15/16 -3 1/8: Company warns for Q4; sees EPS of $0.20-0.22; current EPS estimate is $0.22; expects
revenues between $240 and $245 mln. The company also announced that it would reduce its workforce by approximately 10%, or a total
of approximately 400 positions; see press release.

Resonate (RSNT) 2 3/16 -11/32: Company warns for Q1; sees loss of $0.31-0.33 per share; current EPS estimate is ($0.26).
Revenue to be in the range of $3.0 to $3.1 mln vs consensus estimate of $4.95 mln. Cites ongoing economic uncertainty and continued
slowdown in North American IT spending; see press release.

EXE Tech (EXEE) 4 3/4 -1 7/16: Company warns for Q1; sees EPS of about $0.03; current EPS estimate is $0.04. Revenues to be
approximately $29 mln. Compnay says non-core revenues from the resale of hardware products were about $900,000 lower than

FirePond (FIRE) 1 9/32 -23/32: Company announces a reduction in workforce by approximately 20%, to approximately 650
